At Galfar Al Misnad our women employees hold important positions at all levels of the organization. As women working in the construction industry, each lady is a living testament to the IWD2022 theme - Break The Bias”.

Their diverse roles have bolstered the progress of the company, and brought in valuable gender diversity into our workspace. Though a small community, this tribe of Galfar Women enjoy a constructive and close sisterhood. This was celebrated today at a special International Womens Day event attended by the company's Executive Director, Satish G Pillai, and Senior GM Human Resources, Joy G. Pettah.

Galfar Toastmasters Club has been awarded Toastmasters International’s Diamond Corporate Club Award.

This prestigious award was given in recognition of the Club’s outstanding support to Toastmasters International’s communication and leadership programs. The award was announced by Toastmasters International Director Aletta Rochat, DTM,  at the recently held District 116 Toastmasters Annual Conference (DTAC) “Virtu Vocal 2021.”  This award was one of many received by Galfar Toastmasters Club and its members at the online conference.
